Poor Ottawa Marian Andrzejewsk senior was beaten and jailed for 2 months by police
Marian Andrzejewsk, a senior citizen of Ottawa had called the 911 for help reporting a home-invasion. As the police arrived, he was treated as an inferior and was not shown any sympathy due to the fact that his neighbour stated that she was sexually abused and hurt. RCMP Handled G20 And G8 Summits Very Well
The Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP decided that the Mounties used reasonable force during the summit in June 2010. The violent riots that occurred as a result led to the largest mass arrest in Canadian history as more than 1000 people were taken into custody. The RCMP only arrested seven people during the summit. The way Canadians pay for purchases at retailers could completely change in the near future. Canada's biggest banks showed plans for turning smartphones into mobile payment terminals and published guidelines for how financial companies and telecom firms can collaborate to make it happen.
